Wipe Up Spills Quickly
Clean spills on your cooktop and in your oven once they cool. Burned-on food can clog gas burner ports, damage glass tops and cause smoke and odors.
Use Self-Clean Carefully
Wipe out heavy debris before running self-clean, and avoid running it right before a holiday or big meal. The high heat can cause a fuse, thermostat or door lock to fail when you need your oven most.
Keep Burners Clean & Dry
Make sure gas burner caps sit flat and the igniters stay clean and dry. A wet or dirty igniter causes constant clicking and burners that won’t light.

Why is my oven not heating?
On electric ovens it is usually a failed bake or broil element, a bad temperature sensor or a control problem. On gas ovens the igniter is the most common cause. Call or text (405) 464-1191 — we can usually be there same-day or next-day.
Why won’t my gas burner light, or why does it keep clicking?
Most of the time the burner cap is out of place or the igniter is wet or dirty. If cleaning and drying it doesn’t help, the spark switch or spark module may need to be replaced. If you ever smell gas, leave your home and call your gas company first.
Do you repair glass top, induction and gas cooktops?
Yes. We repair electric glass top, induction and gas cooktops, along with freestanding and slide-in ranges and wall ovens from all major brands.
Is it worth repairing my oven or range?
In most cases, yes. Elements, igniters, sensors and switches cost far less than a new range, and we give you a complete estimate before any work starts so you can decide.
